Účinek dělené aplikace dusíku na výnosové a kvalitativní parametry silážní kukuřice
Pajl, Jaroslav
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out in a one-year small land parcel vegetation experiment the yield reaction of maize (Zea mays L.) varieties LG 30.220 and LG 31.233 on split nitrogen application. In addition to the yield, the fertilizer effect on the quality of silage maize was investigated. The experiment was based on the experimental station in Vatín, nitrogen was applied in 4 variants: var. 1 - without fertilizing, var. 2 - 150 kg.ha-1 when sowing, var. 3 - 50 kg.ha-1 when sowing and 100 kg.ha-1 in phase V8, var. 4 - 100 kg.ha-1 for sowing and 50 kg.ha-1 for V8 phase. Inorganic plant analyzes characterizing the influence of fertilization on maize growth and development were made from plant withdrawals on 6 June 2016 and 17 July 2016. After harvest following indicators were evaluated such as green harvest yield, dry substance yield, dry matter yield, NEL value and organic matter digestibility. Hybrid factors and nitrogen fertilization were positively reflected in the yield of corn green. The probative effect of split nitrogen application was demonstrated only on dry mass production of hybrid LG 30.220. The dry matter of maize harvested, the digestibility of organic matter and the net energy for lactation did not differ significantly among the hybrids studied. From the monitored qualitative parameters, only the digestibility of the organic matter was significantly affected by the split nitrogen application.

ABSTRACT This bachelor thesis deals with the theme Factors affecting digestibility of organic matter in forages by cattle. The first part is focused on description of basic nutrients contained in feeds and their function in organism. Next there is spoken about ruminal digestion and their parts of digestion system. There are also mentioned traditional forages used in total mixed rations. The second part describes methods using to measure digestibility and the most common factors influencing digestibility of organic matter of feeds.
Determination of ELOS (organic matter solubility in cellulose) in forage by domestic cellulosis from Trichoderma reesei: applied methodology with certification
Míka, Václav ; Kohoutek, Alois ; Pozdíšek, Jan ; Němcová, Petra
Organic matter digestibility (OMD) is considered to be on of the main indicators of forage quality. In fodder research, breeding, and farming practice in the CR methods in vitro using clean cellulolytic and proteolytic enzymes in ANKOM Daisy Incubator are usually used for its determination and are expressed as ELOS. Methodology is focused on (1) the optimum procedure of determination with respect to its accuracy (i.e. the highest possible agreement of predicted values with the values of control method) and repeatability (i.e. agreement of predicted values of repeated determinations) and (2) the use of this exact and expedient method for serial evaluation with a warning about its limits.
